Gourmet Dumpling House said they will be closing their Boston location "due to lease terms" on July 1, the restaurant said according to a Facebook post

"We are extremely proud of all that we have accomplished in these glorious years and [are] more thankful to those who have believed in us," the post read. "We will miss you all!"

Dumpling lovers took to social media in response to the news, praising Dumpling House for their signature dish.

"For anyone who has wandered around downtown Boston drunk at 1 am, this place has been a staple for late night drunken munchies. Or just good Chinese food in general," one Facebook post read. "I even got a $200 ticket on my car right outside of this place as I parked in a no parking zone to grab my food. That's how good the food was!"

However, all is not completely lost for those who desire the delectable dumplings. The restaurant will keep their Cambridge location open and welcomes all their Boston-area customers to stop by. Updates and information about the location can be found on their Instagram
